Just in two weeks’ time we are starting our intense presence at the US cinema exhibitions. First SouthShow on August 23, then CineShow in at end of the month and next Geneva Convention on September 13-14. Will you be there too?

Customer service is the first issue that usually comes during trade show talks – effectiveness of ticketing systems is one of the most outstanding aspects of customer experience, which very often calls for improvements. Dissatisfied customers, who after queuing for tickets resign from buying popcorn and personnel that is too busy to think about upselling or loyalty systems. POSitive Cinema offers many interesting solutions in this area, such as combined tickets and concessions, self-service, usher apps or online ordering. We know that many cinemas in Texas, Georgia and Wisconsin – to mention only the exhibition states – would surely benefit a lot from such tools.
