Ticket refund and exchange

Now the tickets can be also exchanged, instead of a refund.  

The refund option can also depend on a purchase of optional extra fee.  

A refund can be limited to a certain number of hours before the screening or limited to preset time window after purchase.    

It is also possible to refund ticket bought online at POS station in Cinema. 

We have introduced solutions that help operate the cinema in accordance with COVID-19 related restrictions.

Smart Cinema is the latest module of POSitive Cinema Solution Suite.
