Tiered Loyalty Program/Memberships
Membership/Subscription program where customers enjoy different perks and benefits depending on their rank and membership held.
- Create a Card Tier Program. It can be dedicated to frequent moviegoers, popcorn buyers, loyalty point collectors… Define them however and how many you want.

Create the Loyalty Tiers / Membership levels on your own. You can name them e.g. Silver, Gold and Platinum, each with possible validity time and privileges like:
- one time and recurring vouchers for free tickets, concessions
- different price level
- point accrual
- extra fee avoidance
- reserving the seats w/o purchase
- access to private screenings
- early access to Showtimes etc.
- Build the conditions for auto upgrade and/or downgrade.
Loyalty cards have also its enhancements. Here are some of them:
- Extra points on certain items
- Receive extra points on the start or after registration
- Allow for blackout dates
- Point multipliers for items or days
Ticket refund and exchange
Now the tickets can be also exchanged, instead of a refund.
The refund option can also depend on a purchase of optional extra fee.
A refund can be limited to a certain number of hours before the screening or limited to preset time window after purchase.
It is also possible to refund ticket bought online at POS station in Cinema.
- Maximum Occupancy - define the maximum occupancy for the screen to control the number of available seats (tickets) for sale
- New Seat Group – Social Distancing. A new type of unsalleable seats to provide safe distance
- Seat Layouts - using Social Distancing seat group you can create different seat layout variants to adjust seat configuration for different days and screenings
- Orphan Rule - automatically create distance between seats being sold
- Screen Cleaned - one of the Staff Helper feature allowing your employees to mark the cleaned and disinfected auditorium
- CleanLine24 - solid, contactless and automatic hand sanitizer dispensers so the moviegoers could feel safe and comfortable inside the cinema
Smart Cinema is the latest module of POSitive Cinema Solution Suite. It is based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning which provides forecasting, helps to optimize scheduling and ticket pricing. It helps to maximizes screen occupancy which in turn will increase admissions and F&B sales.
