Helios, a chain of 52 cinemas (the largest chain in terms of the number of cinemas in Poland) has always been aware of the importance of digital technologies in providing its customers with the highest quality services. Driven by the desire to provide its clients with the most intuitive and easy electronic transaction tool, Helios decided to use the latest technological solutions by creating a new mobile application. LSI Software, POSitive Cinema parent company, as a longtime software supplier and partner, helped to develop one.
Changes needed
The new application provides our customers with even more fun to use. The solutions implemented in the application reflect the main mission of the Helios, which is to provide clients with the best possible experience at every stage of cinema services, using the latest available technology. Now all sales channels are connected, providing customers with a seamless experience, and us with a consistent database to analyze.
The modern, intuitive design makes navigating the application natural and easy. The application has been available in Google Play and App Store since mid-December and collects positive feedback from users. The application allows to quickly and easily buy any movie in any cinema, with many payment options during the transaction, including fast payment. Thanks to this, the entire payment process takes only necessary clicks. But it is not everything.
Cinema-going experience through the customer device
Purchased tickets are assigned to an account and there is no need to print them. All you have to do is show the QR code at the cinema directly from your phone. If necessary, the purchased tickets can also be refunded directly in the application. Or maybe you would like to surprise a loved one? Nothing simpler – buy tickets and send them as a gift just with a few clicks!
You can browse the schedule in three different views, so choose the one that suits you best. Watch movie trailers and see all information about upcoming movies, or pick only those genres that interest you and personalize your watch list. Having an account gives you even more e.g. access to purchase history or assigning discounts, vouchers, or promotional codes in the application and using them at a convenient time.
